Our Construction Management division (PBG) is a nationwide full service construction management group specializing in Hotels, Hotel Renovations, High-Rise buildings, Multi-Family Living Units, High End Residential, general interior residential renovations, retail interiors and new complexes, distribution facilities, manufacturing plants, office buildings and Auto Race Tracks.
Our Management Team has been awarded a National Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Pyramid Award for its Palm Beach International Raceway project.
Construction Management Team chosen as the premier construction manager to manage the building process at the new "FIT Health Center" in Towson, Maryland.
ESTIMATING SERVICES
Our estimating services division is a full service firm providing quantifiable take off, conceptual pricing, bidding, overall project budgets and total development pro forma statements at affordable rates. Our services are used by small to medium sized General and subcontractors to establish baseline pricing for specific projects based upon quanatative take offs and geographical pricing.
Additionally homeowners and developers use our services to establish accurate and legitimate budgets for pro forma preparation and bank submission for financing, validating general contractor and subcontractor pricing and cost of material versus cost of labor for appropriate tax depreciation.
Our firm also performs constructability reviews based upon cost in relation to income stated by the Owner. We have performed this service on Hotels, high end residential projects, condominium projects , home renovation projects, office building construction and interior renovations, site work packages and Formula One race courses.
