Welcome to my web site where I hope you will find information about my experience and many of the successful projects which are underway or have been completed with the great employees that work under my supervision. I am Steven May, Sr.  In order to service my long time clients in the United States, I developed this uncompromising concept of a complete and unique dedication to projects for my clients, showing and implementing a true hands on approach to every aspect of each project.  That’s correct.  I am involved and personally oversee every project for my clients.

Being a boutique style firm in today’s global economy has made our services as one of the nation's most experienced and respected providers of Construction,  Construction Management and Asset Development  services, with major projects throughout Virginia, Maryland,  Florida and the Eastern Seaboard.

From Multi-story high rise Office and Condominium and Hotels   to high end  mansions and NHRA/ Formula One race tracks, my services have been used to conclude successful projects, which are of some of the most visible architectural landmarks in Florida, Virginia, Maryland and across the Country. The foundation of all of our work is solid relationships with private clients who have the confidence to rely, time and again, on our experience, financial strength and in-house expertise to make their vision a reality.

We approach each project with a cooperative mind set, working with and protecting our clients as we manage architects and subcontractors toward the common goal - successful project delivery. Our diverse experience ensures that each project is matched with appropriate resources and expertise. Through technical skill, pre-construction know-how and self-performance capability, we anticipate project challenges, develop solutions that meet clients' objectives and ultimately deliver award-winning projects on time and on budget. In this way, our work today continues to meet the stringent standards of quality and integrity set by my work ethic for the benefit for the client.

As founder, I have instilled a vision in every employee, subcontractor and vendor  to deliver “What we have promised” in meeting the expectations of our clients. During my career, I have made one promise to every client, “ We will deliver” and have done so,  “Always”.
