The Development and Construction Partnership awarded Devlin Residence Contract for Fraudulent liens and was successful in removal of liens without litigation. The client had allowed contractors on site without agreements, insurance and was at tremendous risk. The project now successfully completed under the direction of our firm, the client has a quality project to enjoy without encumbering liens.
