Our Construction Management team (PBGC), is a full service construction management group specializing in Hotel, High-Rise and Multi-Family Living Units, all aspects of Commercial construction, High end residential, residential renovations, retail complexes, distribution facilities, manufacturing plants, office buildings and Auto Race Tracks.
We offer a host of solutions to cover the whole construction process including design, estimating, procurement, scheduling, quality control, sub-bidding and site management. We bring quality to a project on time and in budget. Our hands on approach and overall purchasing philosophy brings tremendous savings to our clients and their overall budgets.
Our construction division has been awarded a National Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Pyramid Award for its Palm Beach International Raceway project.
Our construction division was chosen as the premier construction manager and general contractor to build the Marvin Residence in the prestigious Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, FL.
We were also awarded the prestigious "FIT Health Center" construction in Towson, Maryland, a 25,000 SF facility.
