As The team leader of The Development and Construction Partnership,  I have assembled the very best team of master craftsmen, consultants, architects, subcontractors, legal minds, Accounting firms, site supervision and tradesmen in the industry as I firmly believe a project is built in the field by the best of the best and not in a corporate office. It is our men and women that come every day to develop, institute and construct the task we have put before them. Therefore, the onsite team is instrumental in completing a quality project on time and on budget. In that regard, my Team was awarded a National Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Pyramid Award for its Palm Beach International Raceway project. Since Completion, the project has broken Five world records and has been deemed by the Drivers as the fastest track in America. These accolades belong to the men and woman whom worked tirelessly on this project to make it a success.
